# XcrowHub

> XcrowHub is a non-custodial escrow platform for peer-to-peer crypto deals. Money is locked in a protected hold until the buyer confirms delivery. Zero fees on private deals, 1% seller-side fee on marketplace listings. Built on Nimiq (NIM) and Polygon (USDT).

## How it works

1. Seller creates a deal — sets item, price (NIM or USDT), and delivery terms. Gets a private link or publishes it on the marketplace.
2. Buyer pays into the escrow hold — funds are locked, visible to both parties, and do not go directly to the seller.
3. Seller delivers and marks it as delivered, optionally attaching proof.
4. Buyer confirms receipt → funds are released to the seller. If contested, a proof window opens for both, and an admin decides.

## Two ways to deal

- **Private deal** — direct link between one seller and one buyer, not listed publicly. 0% fee. Best for freelance work, one-time custom orders, and repeat clients.
- **Marketplace listing** — publish a service or digital product, buyers can pay the listed price or send a bid. 1% seller-side fee. Best for reusable offers with multiple buyers.
